The son of a teacher & coach, educating and inspiring others is in my blood. It’s my passion. But not a “feed-my-ego” passion, no no no. I constantly want to learn and give, then repeat. It’s not about me, it’s about my audience.
I’m a believer in making sure guests walk away with clear action items as takeaways. I error on the side of giving more vs. less. And I always speak to all personalities in the room, knowing some may need an inspirational story, while others might need bullet points.
